As a Certified WISDOM™ Coach, I help children develop the confidence, resilience, and mindset skills they need to thrive—both now and in the future. Serving as an Occupational Therapy Assistant with over 22 years of experience, I've spent my career supporting people of all abilities and backgrounds.
After years of working with children in healthcare and education, I've found my true calling. My passion is pediatrics, helping children and families navigate challenges with support and care. I'm especially passionate about empowering kids to believe in themselves and recognize their own worth.
Through Able Kids Now Coaching, LLC, I guide children ages 6–12* using the WISDOM™ curriculum, a playful and engaging approach rooted in storytelling, expressive arts, whole-body movement, mindfulness, and fun activities. I teach 27 core mindset and life skills in a way that meets kids where they’re at—no lectures, just connection, creativity, and growth.
I especially love working with kids who are shy, quirky, or hard on themselves. These are the kids who often feel “different”—and they are exactly the ones I love helping stand tall, smile brighter, and believe in who they are. *While the curriculum is designed for ages 6–12, I’m highly skilled in adapting the activities to meet the developmental and emotional needs of each child.
Whether it’s 1:1 coaching, small groups, or workshops, my ultimate goal is always the same: to help kids feel seen, heard, valued and empowered!
